    Pros

My co-workers are fantastic. Most people I've met really care about our customers and their missions. So much potential for the company to excel at doing good work.

    Cons

Chaos. Constant change. Lack of stability in the upper managerial levels. Disconnects between what the the "workers" actually do (and how they do it) and what the "managers" think they should be doing it (and how).

    Advice to Management

Be open to new ways of conducting business. Be open to real innovation. Be open.

    Pros

I was afforded the opportunity to make decisions without being micro managed from the home office.

    Cons

Days can be long if overseas. There is a normal work day, which may then be followed on by management duties with stateside support.

    Advice to Management

The structure and support is working for the most part. No need to try fixing something that isn't broken!

    Pros

Company cares about the customer and the mission. Good structure and procedures, and very competitive for advancement.

    Cons

Contract nature of the work can limit advancement during low periods. Tough to stay there for longer than a few years.

    Advice to Management

Work on the BD side. Just because someone is a retired full bird, doesn't mean they can secure new business.
