    Pros

Paid housing, insurance and company vehicle.

    Cons

Leadership lacks integrity and upper leadership tries to cover up illegal activity.

    Pros

Great pay, great benefits, average working environment. Highly educated and very intelligent people.

    Cons

You either fit in or you don't. If you don't, you're doomed. Zero instruction, no direction and if you ask for help, you're considered stupid. It was like working with a bunch of 8th grade girls that run around whispering and stabbing each other in the back instead of professional, educated people.

    Advice to Management

It wouldn't matter, they wouldn't listen anyway.

    Pros

Steady hours, steady paycheck, great people to work with, some travel for conferences, overtime granted when needed. Able to relocate to other offices when a position becomes available. Veteran friendly!

    Cons

Great company with good pay ensures low turn over, which leaves not much room for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Continue what you are doing in making DynCorp International a successful company.
