    Pros

Family and Community Oriented company. Co-workers are a close knit group. Excellent recognition for employee performance. Focuses on Work-Life Balance and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Offers assistance and incentives for achieving personal goals. Excellent communication on health of the company from CEO.

    Cons

Not too many cons. Middle management tends to be inconsistent and not held accountable for management of their teams.

    Advice to Management

Stand behind your employees in work practices, ensure all rules are enforced for everyone not just a select few. Follow through to the best of your ability on initiatives sent down to employees. Needs stronger and more consistent middle management. Needs more experienced contract management teams in various programs need to focus on standardizing the way contracts are managed

    Pros

    • Lots of opportunity for travel, both domestically and internationally
    • Diverse workplace where you can meet people of all backgrounds
    • Employee benefits are very competitive in terms of coverage and cost

    Cons

    • High turnover rate in both regular employment positions and key personnel positions
    • Lack of communication between executives and workers
    • Information is sometimes incorrectly disseminated, or there is miscommunication between all levels

    Advice to Management

The most important advice is to try and keep top performing personnel in key positions. It seemed like every time I needed to speak to a certain individual in a specific department, there would be someone else in that position serving as a replacement. It happened with an HR Manager that I was speaking to one week, and the next week, it was someone new because the last person left!
