I worked at DynCorp International full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Nothing at all. Working in a forced labor camp would be better.

    Cons

Company treats people like cattle. Unless you are a pal or crony. Then you can break every rule and sop in the book and even get promoted for it.

    Advice to Management

Nothing to say, like talking to a box of rocks. They don't care one bit. Employees mean nothing.

I worked at DynCorp International full-time

    Pros

I liked the team I was part of.

    Cons

Pay increases minimal, too few and far between. One gal received a 15 cent raise after 18 months of no increases. So many layoffs in 2014 because they were losing business . They have still not recovered.

    Advice to Management

If want long hours from the staff, reward them with something other than pizza. You want staff with college degrees and 10+ years of experience but you only want to pay them $16/hr. Can you raise a family on that? Oh, and maybe not give the CEO a million dollar bonus when you say there is hiring and pay increase freeze. That million could provide many employees with a dollar raise and secure some employee retention.
