I worked at DynPro full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

No Pros. This is a risky company to join.

    Cons

NO MEDICLAIM for any of your family members. NO PF. For the first 6 months of your job you get no leaves at all and after completion of 6 months Only 1 day leave allowed per month. Any extra leave leads to salary deduction.

They dont have jobs of their own. They will post you on contract in a different company. I worked in contract in kolkata for 9 months. One day they suddenly told me that next day was my last working day. They are like that...they will demand a 60 days notice period from you when you leave but when they end their contract they may inform you only 1 day in advance. This happened in my case. They asked me to sign on a back dated resignation letter so that their formalities are met.
So if you have a good job then dont join here.

    Advice to Management

Stop sucking blood of your employees like this.

    Pros

Nothing really good about, they seems to have some opportunities pop up around RTP area. Do not depend on this company for your career, they will talk with smile with you when they need you or else they will abuse you and insult you

    Cons

Ask for atleast $125/hr if you are consultant. They still have good leverage, If you start low rate they will never increase the rate or even salary till end of your life.
Very outdated system of time management, no discipline or respect they will give you. They hold your checks for two months, the owner of this consultant company used all the money so they kind of not pay regularly their own employees

    Advice to Management

Increase the moral of your consultant, they will leave you in snap, don't think there are no other opportunities around
