We are a catastrophe response company, and we are very upfront during the hiring process about the long hours that we work when there is a catastrophe, typically during hurricane season. We care very much about our employees, including both Home Office employees and our project employees. We work long hours in Home Office when needed to send our project employees to respond to the catastrophe, and we are committed to supporting them on their assignment. Our pay is competitive, and we also offer great benefits. We will continue to look for ways to show our appreciation to our employees for all that they do.
