Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. We are happy to hear that you are satisfied with our competitive compensation and thoughtful policies surrounding pay. Please know that RENFROE does not decide or dictate the number of adjusters staffed on a deployment. Our clients order a specific number of adjusters and we in turn fill those requests. While we understand that it can be frustrating to be sent home from a deployment early, please know that this is entirely out of our control. We appreciate your understanding and wish you all the best in your future deployments. Please feel free to contact our Personnel department if you have any additional questions or would like further clarification surrounding our processes or policies. Thank you for choosing RENFROE!

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at E.A. Renfroe & Company full-time for less than a year
Pros
Great Pay, good training. Those that have bad things to say about this company probably were just not good adjusters and could not cut it in the end. If you work hard it will pay off. Most people do not understand the life of an IA so they do not like the job, This is my first deployment and I have learned so much. I will work for this company as long as they will have me.
Cons
No paid time off. If you are out you don't get paid, even if the company is closed

Pros
Company offers per diem, good pay, good training, good management overall. Company reimburses reasonable cost to get to job deployment site.
Cons
Can involve long periods of travel far from home. Job opportunities depend on where, and how often a disaster strikes. Work is weather driven.

Very Good Pay, You are working claims for Catastrophes. Pay is about $465.00 per day if out in the field and $300.00 if working from your home. They have very good training.
Cons
Long hours, but the pay is per hour so that is a good thing, jobs last anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks.
