    Pros

    Not many, only the fishing

    Cons

I had worked at Sunshine key RV and Marina for 6+ years and I never knew that if I didn't contributed to my retirement plan this Co. would not put a penny for my retirement ,what a joke even that this place is the golden cow and salaries at this park are not comparable to the cost of living where every thing cost more than anywhere else in the in Florida ,no wonder is so hard to find help to work there.

    Pros

It was wonderful to work on the Malibu campus in the summer. The students are delightful and the classrooms at Pepperdine University are great. It seems like everyone in the program cares and is trying their best.

    Cons

The administration is disorganized and information is disseminated in a haphazard manner making for extra paperwork and time.

    Pros

The employees (not management) are great, good pay, comfortable atmosphere. Although in the cons section I will write about management, there was some pros. The owners treated their employees well most of the time, nice parties, got us lunch regularly, etc. Company offered benefits.

    Cons

Too much screaming, and cursing in the office from owners/management. Felt bullied often, and had a lot of pressure put on me. Heard a lot of shit-talking about other employees. I was going through a difficult time and the company was not very accommodating to my personal needs. I'm a man, and I witnessed some sexual harassment of the women in the workplace which I felt was very inappropriate. You could tell that women didn't speak up about it though, in order to avoid losing their jobs. Overall the regular day to day work there was very stressful. We were criticized by management on how we dressed, even though the only people coming into the office to visit were "blue collar" types who didn't really care about the way others dressed. If you keep your mouth shut, work hard and put up with bullying, then you get promoted. If you fall behind in anyway, you get screamed at (in front of your co-workers mind you). Working for a company that publicly humiliates and shames you in front of your co-workers is not a friendly environment to work in and I do not recommend working here.
