    Pros

I haven't seen many of them, myself. Paycheck is not that good, not receiving overtime pay despite being non-exempt. Constant scolding with no reward despite devoting all my time to my work and professional growth.

    Cons

Upper management speaks down to those below them. Successes are not acknowledged, only failures. Little fulfillment after a hard day's work.

    Advice to Management

Management lacks the interpersonal skills that are required to lead others.

I worked at E*TRADE Financial full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

until a few years ago, very startup, exciting environment. Varied projects, real team mentality. One of the greatest places to work at the time.

    Cons

changes in management in the past few years are making it run like a standard corporation, taking the entrepenurial spirit out. Value is placed on outside agencies or new hires vs leveraging knowledge of existing people

    Advice to Management

Look at your teams as people, not resources or tools. Lots of talent right in front of you - empower these people and they can do wonders
