    Pros

    Compensation was above average, benefits were extremely good and affordable, work environment was a very friendly and helpful, company values are in line with good morality and values

    Cons

    The cons off working at Alys Beach is simply the customers. They tend to be extremely wealth and demand and expect lots of personal attention and extra care

    Advice to Management

    Keep the good ones and get rid of the bad ones.

    Pros

    EBSCO has great benefits. Enjoyed working there for the most part. Excellent pay.

    Cons

    I worked at a restaurant they owned. That was not their specialty, so didn't always go smoothly. Management not always available where they should be. People not held accountable.

    Advice to Management

    Let the people on the front line have more say in the way the operation runs.
