I have been working at EBSCO Industries full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

The company strives to do what is best for team members. There has been an abundance of changes over the past few years, but in my opinion, they have been for the better. Change can be scary, but I feel like the leadership team has done a good job of communicating the strategy behind these adjustments and the vision moving forward. I am very fortunate to say that I feel like my department is an extension of my family....

    Cons

Advancement opportunities are not plentiful in my area, but the ability to learn and grow as an expert in my field make up for it.

    Advice to Management

Stay the course and continue to communicate the company's vision to team members.

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at EBSCO Industries full-time for more than 9 years

    Pros

Desk job, weekends and holidays off, flexibility depending on manager.

    Cons

Favoritism, micromanagement based on personality clashes, no upper advancement opportunities

    Advice to Management

Be honest. Say what you mean instead of making veiled comments. And some can be kinder in how they speak to people.

Reading a review like this from someone who has been a part of our company for more than eight years is very disappointing. Your cons list certainly does not describe the type of culture we strive to create. We appreciate you providing your input.

I worked at EBSCO Industries full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Good cafeteria. Great co-workers. Location is nice if you like mountains, snakes, mice, flying squirrels, etc., just being honest, it's a nice view, but it's like working in a jungle.

    Cons

Terrible pay. Ridiculous rules & procedures that have no benefit or reason. No advancement opportunities.

    Advice to Management

Employees have low morale and don't enjoy coming to work.
