I worked at EBSCO part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Clean & professional work environment. Low stress but had to work night shift.

    Cons

Pay was lower than fellow male co-workers even though my education and experience was equal or greater. Left company to make more money per hour and to have day shift.

    Advice to Management

Wages should be based on work performed not gender. Would have been a long-term employee if wages were equivalent.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Longevity of employees, good work environment. They believe in caring for the employees.

    Cons

Private company, so the changes are slow. It feels, in some cases that your set back 15 plus years in technology and ideas.

    Advice to Management

Good job. Keep up with current tech. And trends.
