    Mangement heavily promotes employee development
    Lots of opportunities for team members that show initiative
    CEO is very loyal to employees

    Working with global team require off hours meetings/feedback
    No honeymoon for new hires. Need to add value fast.

    You need to break down the silos between projects to foster more cooperation. Best practices in one project can take 1 -3 months to filter to otherothers.
