    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at ECS Federal full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Laid back immediate manager. Tried to help but upper management was to cheap to hire more help

    Cons

Very little pay, no benefits, unprofessional, upper management extremely rude, long hours

    Advice to Management

Be kinder to the people who actually worked their butts off instead of catering to the ones who were lazzy!

    Pros

Job security - if you lose your contract position, and you're a good worker and flexible, they will most likely try to put you on another contract. Good HR, benefits, caring management.

    Cons

Some of the contracts are low-ball, so the pros can be a tradeoff. You may need to take a pay cut for job security. Offsite personnel can be forgotten.

    Advice to Management

Good job overall. Keep offsite personnel more involved in the company.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at ECS Federal full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

-For the most part, general ECS Federal staff are good people that are trying to do good work they can be proud of.
-The majority of staff has BA degrees, a few Phd level degrees, pay does not reflect degrees held unfortunately

    Cons

-Pay is horrible, especially for the staff that has Bachelor's, Master's and Phd degrees.
-Some employees are very poor representations of ECS Federal according to ECS Federal's mission statement as well as against EEOC.

    Advice to Management

Best advice would be to fight for your employees a bit and maybe schedule monthly check-ins. That would boost moral and at least show that you care about your employee's well being. "Check-ins" would also give you some insight into situations that might be preventable.
