Pros
During my time here, I've been given a wide variety of great experience and learning opportunities above and beyond anything i have expected in this early part of my career. ECS has offered great mentorship as well as chances to grow individually. They provide training on different spheres, but also encourage understanding rather than just following steps, and the doors are always open for any existing questions. All in all, it is a very beneficial working environment with great team members and management. Very grateful for the opportunity to work here!

Gets a little busy during the tax season, but that's part of the job.

Pros
You will have meaningful work that contributes to the organization. You will have the opportunity to work on various different types of accounting. Compensation is great for your first role out of college. Your knowledge will be tested working in a staff accountant role. Work directly with a manager/partner to continuously improve on your professional goals. You're always learning at this company and will immediately start working with clients day one.
Cons
Insurance plans aren't the best. Difficult to maintain work-life balance. Difficult to find time to work on professional licenses (Ex. CPA, CMA, etc.). It takes a long time to earn promotions.
