I worked at EControls full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Growing company. At the time, had plenty of money and direct supervisor used a lot of it! Some good people working there. You are rewarded if you live to work.

    Cons

Be prepared to not have a life outside of work. To be successful, you have to live to work, not work to live. Need to work the political system.

    Advice to Management

    None

I worked at EControls full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Company had been a stable, focused company with many good people working there.

    Cons

My direct manager was a horrible communicator. He spent very little time with me on my interview, shuffling me off to other people. I really ignored the red flags and looking back, should have never taken the job. What my understanding of the position that I had received from those other interviewers definitely was not what my direct manager expected. Ouch. What a mistake.

    Advice to Management

A larger company was buying out the original owners so I know a lot of shuffling was going on.

    Pros

The hours are great, and so are the people but otherwise nothing else pay is mediocre as well as management.

    Cons

Seems that some people get away with doing nothing and management doesn't mind. Also if you have a suggestion be prepare to be ignored.

    Advice to Management

Take your workers suggestions, they say them for a reason.
