    Organization that takes care of its clients and treats employees life family. Autonomy to move up and to work independent on projects

    Cons

    There are no cons to this organization. Family oriented environment that takes care of its employees. Leadership management development training can be in place.

    EDG has a great family-style culture. Employee can work in a comfortable environment. Interviewers didn't make the candidates harder during a job interview meeting

    need to make some improvement on the structure.

    Need to have a stronger BDU to bring more projects to the company

    Ability to work at your own pace if desired.
    The company culture was cohesive.
    The team I worked with was amazing and everyone helpful and knowledgeable in their areas of expertise.

    Hiring process takes a long time to go through proper channels.

    flexible work schedule for employees

    Cons

    Management preaches faith, family and loyalty. Promise security, Promise advancement, Promise competitive compensation. First time they (Management/ Principals) are hit in pocketbook......your gone. Company not diversified. Depends mainly on oil and gas.

    Diversify, don't make promises you can't keep and re-examine your character first program.

    "Nature of the beast" issues common to all consulting engineers (conglomeration of disparate clients), constant and frantic change requests, tight schedules, software issues
