I have been working at EDS Technologies full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Company is professional for customer point of view and also emotional related to people. Management value people and expect discipline from team. Interview process is little bit long to take the good resources in. Learning opportunities are huge for sales and technical.Give authority to employee to handle the situation. Management trust their employees which is very important for any employee.

    Cons

Sometimes people are misusing the freedom given by company.

    Pros

Nothing special to mention except for EDS brand which I am not sure how long will exist in future. Good learning place for technical team

    Cons

You should be a madrasi / Tamil guy to grow. Tamil fanatic company. highly political company. There will be absolutely no growth for BDMs as the managers shield the growth. Number of sales calls per day rules get applied only for BDMs but not for RM or GM who enjoy all the benefits without working hard. For them doing telecalls is hardwork but the same is not applicable for BDMs. They are masters in pretending of working hard and assisting you which you should not believe and get into that trap. Work for 2 years and jump.

    Advice to Management

You think you are wild cats (lion/tiger) but you are domestic cats surrounded by tier 2 / tier 3 level jackals

I worked at EDS Technologies full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I wish I could mention some

    Cons

The President treats employees like a slave.
    Terrible environment to work.
Me being a senior employee has been often warned for deducting salary for late logins.
Do NOT even think of applying for leave as it is not going to be approved though you have leave balance in abundance.

    Advice to Management

Ramesh Chandra (CEO) is good. I would advise to not give 'over the top' authority as it is being misused by President (Brahmav) in Bangalore office.
Kindly treat employees with little respect.
You just disown employees when they decide to resign. You make sure resignation is smooth and make it as difficult as possible (took 60 days to get my final settlement even after 100's of follow-ups and emails)
Never responded to my final settlement emails. Had to personally appear and beg for my service.
Consider employing a technically sound person as president if you wish to run the company for more years.

    Cons

If you choose eds technologies. Exit is impossible. Three months notice period. No new company will wait for three months and if you leave early then you are blacklisted. So you will be wasting precious time of your career

    Advice to Management

Change management and hire dynamic peoples.

    Pros

You can learn diplomacy here as it's a place for diplomatic people, who will never go by their words.

    Cons

Poor salary structure. Incentives are getting delayed by 6 months. Sales people please beware and join at your own risk.
Appraisal will never go beyond 50,000 annually weather you are a good or an average employee
Doesn't matter if you are right or wrong, nobody will listen to you.. Top most person is Lord BRAMHA here.

    Advice to Management

Be flexible to listen to your employees rather than imposing everything. Your thoughts and views are getting older now.

    Pros

Good Clientele. Experience with great products in engineering domain.

    Cons

No employee growth prospects. No on time addressing remittance of rewards and recognition. No proper scale of recognition.
Hardworking and dedicated employees are always masked. No clarity in focus towards details. Egoistic management

    Advice to Management

Try to keep the attrition in control, Employee Motivation and leadership encouragement is completely absent. Compensation has to be revised to the market scenario. There is a difference between cheap and being cost effective.
