    Pros

You get to meet great people

    Cons

The manager favorite quote “breaks are not a requirement they are a luxury”, they need to hire managers with experience or train them to be a manager. They over work you, the pay is not great and they say that the bonus will even it out your pay but not true. You loss your loans when the customer go into the dealership and force to use EECU indirect. HR doesn’t comunícate with staff to follow up when you apply for a different job position. They plan events for staff and require for you to attend when everyone is schedule to work and time off is not option.

Overall it's a fun but professional job.

    Pros

I like the fact that you interact with simple people everyday, such as teachers. Sometimes you can have crazy busy days but to be honest, it's way better than working at a huge bank. It's more personal and the team really cares for you. The team work is awesome and they employees are very kind. EECU is a great way to get your foot in the door of this type of work, "Banking".

    Cons

Depending on location is can always be busy (which is not bad) or it can be slow (that can be bad). Not many cons though, unless you are the negative type of person. Be open minded to a changing environment.

    Pros

Coworkers and immediate bosses are great.

    Cons

Corporate culture isn't so great. Would rather hire externally than promote internally.
