I worked at EFI full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The best flex time a person could enjoy and long holidays.
Pay was good and the work environment was good. A lot of nice people that I worked with, very down to earth... unlike upper management.

    Cons

New management/ Upper management did not allow time to skill up with education. Limited time on projects. Working extra long hours and no appreciation. Non-stop communication (micro management 24/7)

    Advice to Management

Give breathing space, allow time for education and stop communicating to employees after hours.
