Market Based Management philosophy (MBM for short) and great people.

The work ethic and quality of coworkers make this an inviting yet challenging role. I've lived in Wichita Ks. since 2001 from Houston Tx. and love the ease of commute.

this is where EFT lacks....the only con is you got conned into a different Job!
