The non-leadership scientists are nice.
Cons
People work 12 hr days. Extremely high turn-over (~25% of the R&D team in a year) and extreme favoritism. Computational biology team keeps falling apart. C-level executives live in New York along with all the business and devops folks. CEO travels to Boston once a year to 'meet' with the scientists for an hour, but studiously talks only to the follks he already knows. Pay is well below industry standards, and there are virtually no perks. Also, the science is shoddy at best...
