    Negative Outlook

I worked at EIHAB Human Services full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

consumers, lack of supervision, hourly wage

    Cons

minimal training, low morale, no solutions to any problem, poor management, constant investigations

    Advice to Management

My advice to management would be to take a look at their paycheck and realize without the direct support staff they wouldn't have a paycheck. So, maybe take responsibility for they're atrocious policies, procedures, & communication issues.

    Pros

They are racist there are none. Run as fast as you can it is better to be homeless than to work for those crooks.

    Cons

They do not follow PA salary laws an owe me thousands of dollars. I am considering suing them for slander , as well.

    Advice to Management

Fire them all especially in Tunkhannock

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

I was given a great opportunity to be a supervisor and gain experience in that role, which allowed me to improve myself and resume.
I loved the program I worked in, the staff, and consumers.

    Cons

I worked in the Tunkhannock office and the main office is in NYC. The NYC office has "NO" idea what is "ACTUALLY" happening in the PA office and choose to believe, WHO or WHAT they want. It doesn't matter whether it is true. Eihab does NOT follow the PA salaried personal guide lines. There is WAY to much to tell in VIOLATIONS of this company. They want from their employees but do not want to give back "positive" manner.

    Advice to Management

Listen, Pay more attention to PA office, and pay attention to who is always calling to tell on people get rid of them and you will have a better PA office.
APPRECIATE YOUR WORKERS WHO PRODUCE FOR YOU AND QUESTION "WHY" SUDDENLY THERE ARE ALL THIS ISSUES> Use COMMON SENSE. I will repeat USE COMMON SENSE.

    Cons

The ONLY con I could think of is the following:

I WISH THAT MY EMPLOYMENT DIDN'T END BECAUSE OF LACK OF CHILDREN!!!!!!!

    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at EIHAB Human Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

DCC's are good. Consumers are good. Families are nice. That's all.

    Cons

Upper management is terrible. They don't care about the consumers, only passing audits and getting bonuses. They are rude and refuse to train residential management.

    Advice to Management

Improve your training of management from the door, so that there is a strong foundation to build solid people who are competent. Get rid of upper level managers who refuse to train new staff.
