I have been working at EIMS full-time

    Pros

Culture is great, it's multi-cultural, vibrant and positive. Lovely open plan offices, with the rooftop with great views of Bournemouth. Flexible working hours, and a good working ethos.

    Cons

None so far but as it's based in the centre of town, finding parking spaces is a bit of a pain!

I worked at EIMS full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

You can join with very little experience. If you have the drive and can follow instructions and implement feedback, you’re good to go. You learn a lot about the industry. You gain a lot of IT knowledge and business acumen. You get introduced to amazing vendors and can make connections that may help in the future. Great stepping stone for your career. Miami is nice.

    Cons

There is no consistent structure. There is no HR There is no consistent management training. There are a lot of personal influences on what happens day to day. No concept of US Labor Laws They are sketchy when it comes to promotions and raises. Lack of integrity in a lot of instances Employee turnover is expected and you can be threatened with it. Out of work activities always cross lines. Management is inexperienced and are overworked. The culture is toxic.

I have been working at EIMS full-time

    Pros

The training here will equip you for an incredible career in technology sales. It's also a great group of people, with a culture of winning and a friendly welcoming team.

    Cons

Executive management are ruthless and can see people as numbers who can be cut or replaced without a second thought, so their decisions and pressure can be heartless.

I have been working at EIMS full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I've been working there for 10 months before they fired me. The ppl that works in this office are great, built great relationships with individuals, and learned alot from this company.

    Cons

Tell you promises that are never kept. Has no HR department. In my opinion its just another call center job, nothing extravagant.

I worked at EIMS full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

They have a beautiful and impressive office EIMS offers good benefits package for full time employees

    Cons

The company is project driven and offers no job security. Work practices not aligned with US labor laws and regulations. Repeated paycheck issues experienced by employees each payout cycle Executive management is great at theatrics and showing what customers would like to see but not so good at actually delivering to their promises. Individual goals and KPI's are not aligned with project requirements or customers needs. The executive team is unprofessional and rude and consistently carries-out meetings using obscenities, insults, racist jokes, sexual innuendos, womanizing comments, etc.

I worked at EIMS full-time for less than a year

    Pros

EIMS is a company that is willing to train just about anyone who shows the desire to be there. They do try to recruit from within, by compensating their current employees that recruit someone who they think will make the cut for more than 6 months. They are flexible with personal time and give you PTO after 3 months into the company. They have great people/ upper managers, or team leaders who truly care and try their best to lead the business. You will learn a lot about sales and IT

    Cons

No HR, when things get out of hand, they are not always handled appropriately. When moving up, you are not compensated immediately. They don't have a clear/professional structure with that regard. They have lost various campaigns due to lack of leadership and ownership with their employees. Managers have too much on their plates than they can handle. Results are part of that and how you reward them and everyone else also plays a major part of why people aren't performing as they are expected to.

    Pros

This place offers a lot of great opportunities and coaching on sales and marketing management. It is possible to grow inside the company and apply for different positions available. The headquarter is based in England which turn the cultural diversity a possibility and a match between different potentiality.

    Cons

Some basic and regular procedures may take too long due the lack of management or exponential grow. There is no HR department.

I worked at EIMS full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

They will hire anyone that has confidence at any experience level. There are some great people working here who really care. A chance to work for (contracted into) top IT companies

    Cons

They make/motivate you to work hard for their gain, with no financial incentive. Their management strategy is to psychologically manipulate you into thinking you "need" them and their "expertise" in order to grow as a person and a professional. They try to make you feel you deserve the low pay, and you couldn't do better. After they sell you a dream of course.
