I have been working at EMC full-time (More than a year)
Lots of opportunities to learn, improve ones technical expertise. But could do a better job providing current resources to their technical sales teams to have hands on experience with the newer version of their hardware. Hard to go to customers and help them with the latest equipment when you only have old equipment in the labs.
Expect you to work yourself ragged, every quarter is "the most important quarter of your career", just burn through people.
Advice to Management
Stop all the "fluff" about how good things are at EMC, and take a reality check. You can't keep pushing people to the point of exhaustion, and not reward them.
