    Pros

the training that you receive is unmatched in the industry. You'll definitely be miles ahead of the competitors from the training that you receive.

    Cons

The culture. It is a very jaded culture that focuses on everything but the people. Management is very selective to who they manage. Lack of diversity is a HUGE problem as well. There have been times where very inappropriate things have been said and done at the expense of someone from a different race, religion or background.

I worked at EMC full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Work from home, able to set 50% of work hours around family time

    Cons

They over work you and people are not people to them. You have no right to go on Vac or spend time with your family.

    Advice to Management

Please look at people like people, not replaceable resources. Show people love and they will work harder but telling them they can be replaced makes people do just enough to get by.
