I worked at EMC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Interesting place to be during the largest tech merger of all time. Challenging work in a complex environment. I had great work/life balance and opportunities to grow and take on new challenges.

    Cons

They don't value giving their employees even close to a typical tech company experience. Weak Flavia coffee, drab cubicles, old office buildings. It is not "fun" to work there as some other places based in Cambridge.

    Pros

Great place to work, as a whole. Just like any large organizations, at time the cookie cutter is not always the best fit.

At times the matrix to judge is not always as cookie cutter, there are circumstances that happen to be out of the standard
