An ok place to work

Great people to work with, management is great and they make sure you have what you need to get the job done. The company is small and growing, and there opportunity to move up.
Cons
Pay needs to be updated badly, new insurance sucks, no realistic recognition (raises or bonuses). Work can be demanding and you can get burned out.

Pros
The culture at EMS|MC is unique. They encourage you to be yourself & to voice your innovative ideas. 'Kudos' are not in short supply & the work that you put in does not go unnoticed. The PTO is AWESOME & there are plenty of opportunities to earn extra through a creative approach that only requires you to participate in short activities that contribute to your well-being. EVERYONE is welcoming & takes the time to explain or expand on complexities - they give you the tools to be successful.
Cons
There have been no cons in my experience.

Great company to work for

Fun events. They really work hard to make you feel valued. Supervisors and other higher ups are approachable. There is lots of room to grow. They have a lot of opportunities to learn too. There is a corporate university and a mentoring program. Benefis are getting better. They did a good job making sure everyone was safe during COVID.
Cons
The work can be stressful at times.

Pros
Time off and option to work from home if needed
Cons
All senior leaders are friends.. with one queen B in charge. HR says they have your back but they don’t. They all bow down to the queen B and what she says goes. Many unprofessional leaders , one leader in particular will stare at your chest any time when speaking to him. No one takes accountability , and will throw you under the bus in a heart beat. In my time working there I saw many unethical things take place, I’m surprised government hasn’t done an audit on them.

Family environment. Flexible hours and great teams
Cons
Low pay. Low pay raises
