I have been working at ENEA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great company to work for. Best place I have worked in my 25+ years in the industry. Will never work any place else unless I am forced to. Management is supportive, appreciative and listens to concerns. Warm friendly workplace.

    Cons

    I can't think of any.

    Advice to Management

Just keep doing what you are doing.

I worked at ENEA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good communication and great personnel in the office. Lots of laughs, but getting work done.
Been with Enea on and off since 2004. Would recommend to anybody.

    Cons

Not preferred vendors in some companies.

    Pros

Company has potential, just not in Phx. There are no pro's to this nightmare other than their are many other quality engineering companies in Phx.

    Cons

Senior leadership in AZ is the worst I've seen in any company. If you're a good engineer, you can do better than than Enea.

    Advice to Management

Get some leadership training. Listen to your employee's.

    Pros

Great Pay, Good Work Life Balance

    Cons

Lack of advancement chances for middle level

    Advice to Management

Enea has big potential but needs to craft a way to get from where it is today to a new future in new markets with new products. Lots of smart people but needs a better vision

I worked at ENEA (Less than a year)

    Pros

Young and diverse teams, but that's about it.

    Cons

They are a run-of-the-mill outsourcing firm. They do not value individual employees, they see and treat people as a resource. They never took care of their own people.
I was outsources to a big telecom company, the project was interesting - but the work environment over there was terrible, crowded, noisy, no benefits. And ENEA didn't help improve anything, plus their liaison person was a woman who rarely made it to the office due to personal issues. So we were left there on our own. Didn't see my ENEA direct supervisor at all until the day when I presented my resignation.
Limited to no career advancement options. No training except internal ones which happen after work on your own free time.
    Terrible experience.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your people. Some talented professionals are slipping through your fingers.

I worked at ENEA full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - work content allowed you to learn a lot
    - relaxation area was very nice
    - you can work with highly qualified engineers

    Cons

    - office space was really bad; old furniture, cheap, bad chairs
    - the cleaning ladies were disrespectful
    - work packages were changing too fast

    Advice to Management

When negotiating a contract try to get a view on the work packages to come. We always received requests with 3 weeks - 1.5 months deadline, sometimes in areas where we had no expertise

    Cons

Not much communication with the guys who are consultants for other companies. Too much spam e-mail.

    I worked at ENEA full-time

    Pros

Some really interesting projects that you would not get the opportunity to work on anywhere else.

    Relaxed environment.

    Cons

    No possibility of advancement.

Great talent gets the same treatment as everyone else. Good enough is just that, good enough. Anything more is overlooked.

    Lack of vision.
