    Pros

Great Pay, Good Work Life Balance

    Cons

Lack of advancement chances for middle level

    Advice to Management

Enea has big potential but needs to craft a way to get from where it is today to a new future in new markets with new products. Lots of smart people but needs a better vision

Some of the greatest engineers in the market. Managers really know how to listen and they do their best to maintain an enthusiastic atmosphere. Startup-like environment. Managers are highly skilled in attracting and hiring talents.

    Cons

Product management dept. is sometimes superficial. Sales teams sometimes have hard times in understanding basic requirements from customers.

    Advice to Management

Make decisions faster. Commit to higher risks in order to achieve higher rewards.

I have been working at ENEA full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Good atmosphere and a good balance between work and fun
    - Great place to learn, open minded employees willing to share their knowledge
    - Challenging projects, always working with cutting edge technologies

    Cons

    - Not all the sites are treated the same. It is impossible to promote to a certain position if you are not from a certain site.

    Advice to Management

From time to time it would be good to promote someone into a vacant position in tom management instead of spreading the responsibilities to middle management. Also, it would be good to see that talent from other sites is considered for filling such positions in the upper management.
