Great company with a rewarding mission. The people are smart and all willing to get things done.
Cons
Some people are overworked without any sight of help. If these people leave, I have no idea who can take over their roles due to extreme customization of certain processes and roles so only these few key members are able to perform the job.

there's great things about working at a big company, you're never worried about having money to get things built. benefits were good

there are so many layers of management who are clueless about what's actually happening on the ground, what it takes for people to do their jobs. they refuse to pay market rates for talent, there has been a mass exodus of people including myself.

Typical imbalance of executives out of touch with the realities of everyday work. Lack of resources and people power to get the work done. Decisions are based on saving nickels instead of process improvement for employees and clients.
