I worked at ENKATA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Did big data before big data was profitable. Amazing ROI's for customer. Wide open field to sell to.

    Cons

They hire you to to fix their problems but only if you don't change anything in the process. Success does not mean anything. Knee jerk firing and loyalty to a fault to the wrong people. No trust whatsoever. Can't see a smart or talented employee over their own egos. Builds sales then tears it down then repeats. They've done it over 5 different times.

    Advice to Management

Hire a professional C-level team and put this technology on the map once and for all. Build a sales team, sales process, sales messaging and build on it. Don't blow it up every time your knee jerks and hits the table.

I worked at ENKATA full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Good benefits, some nice people, travel to Russia, decent salary, nice office.

    Cons

A nightmare for innovative thinkers, people with experience in their craft, employees with opinions, thoughts, or skills. Driven by a maniacal CEO who makes every decision and edits every line of text, with lots of tail-chasing and eventually everyone smart either gives up and quits or just does as asked, even when it's crazy to do so. An ever-shrinking customer base means increased pressure on everyone and a constantly deepening financial crisis.

    Advice to Management

Give up. Free your employees. Sell to someone who can bring hope and sanity.

I have been working at ENKATA full-time

    Pros

The new version of the product looks great, and really works for the clients. I think the company has finally focused on a winning direction. The team is getting pretty excited about it. Also, the work environment is very positive. It's the kind of place where people are friends as well as coworkers.

    Cons

The company has a lot of baggage, as it's 12 years old or so.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Personal job growth, dynamic environment. With a small team, each position is very hands on and everyone needs to contribute for the overall success of the company. Everyone's opinion is important and allows individuals to take as much or as little responsibility. recommend this company for people who are not scared of hard work and don't mind putting in hours to see positive results.

    Cons

business model difficult to support. The product is complex and involves a lot of data loading, which takes significant time to prep, requiring proper customer expectations to be set. Too much management turnover and stocks are relatively worthless.

    Advice to Management

    keep the company better informed.
