I have been working at ENRC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Salary is good, housing is good, leadership at the moment needs attension, people is friendly, there is a lot of things that needs attentions

    Cons

Expect to do work on a job that you are not a expert on and is not your trade for and it was not like that 6 month ago. Training would be good but there is no training what so ever

    Advice to Management

Policies is a good advise. At the moment I am suspended from my job, unreasonable and HR is only for the people of the country and not for the experts
