I have been working at EOIR Technologies full-time

    Pros

Flexible hours, no micromanagement, good salary

    Cons

No communication from management - we hear that the company has been sold and some have been officially told while the rest of us haven't. It makes no sense. There is no logic behind the promotion of people to senior positions. Many times they lack people and project management skills. It reeks of favoritism. Meanwhile, staff who do the difficult, day to day work that runs the business, often putting in long hours, have no path forward to career advancement.

    Advice to Management

Communicate equally to all in company. Make sure managers are trained and qualified. Reward the people who actually do the work. Don't run the company based on rumors and spur of the moment ideas.
