EPMA holds all employees to a higher standard and make sure they are striving for their best The culture in unmatched as they make their company fun and enjoyable They want real partnerships with their customers and be sure to always put the customer first

EPMA does strive for an in-office work environment more than remote so all employees can engage in the culture. This may not be for everyone

Pros
This company CARES about everyone in it, and they stand by that. They are always investing in our growth, training, learning new things and being better than we could even imagine. This is a company that lives by its core values, not just blogs about them! At one point my project was coming to an end, I had read all the negative reviews, and was worried I'd be out of a job. Well guess what...the company was more worried about that than I honestly was. They worked hard and ensured my job was secure and got me another project! That says a lot! They say communication and culture is key...well this company must have read the write book, because they do it perfectly!
Cons
Biggest issue I see is bad hires every so often. Sometime they hire people and everyone knows that person isn't going to make it past a few weeks because they're either lacking the skills really needed or they're just not a fit for this company. But other than that....there is no con working here, wish I got here sooner in my career!
