Pros
Flexibility- allowed you time away and no set hours as long as your work was done. Compensation- paid well Culture- huge on culture Transparency- company was always upfront with its employees
Cons
New company- suffered a financial setback and a layoff so stability is questionable

Pros
Virtual 1st environment/work from home. Health insurance premiums are 100% covered by the company.
Cons
Many of the people in director roles clearly faked their way into this company and have no idea what they are doing. The focus on culture and desire to have an image of an”hip” company trumped talent and experience. The recent layoffs speak to this as the people with little knowledge but frequently post on LinkedIn as if it’s Facebook have managed to keep their positions and are insanely over compensated. This is the heart of the dwindling cash runway problem and is the biggest morale killer. It’s hard to watch because the company mission is inspiring.

Literally NONE.. healthcare is 100% covered but you are losing too much for that
Cons
I don't even know from where to start ......... -Unorganized leadership -Lot of people at wrong level who have no idea what they re doing -Wasting so much time on projects which are not going anywhere - Bullying, favoritism, groupism and what not - Literally have nothing in pipeline. two filed product which will not make any revenue if approved. -No shame in lying and making things up in company meeting for ex. Chief people officer told everyone that there will be promotions with raises (which is a joke). Guess what that was a BIG FAT LIE. there are no promotions, why cant you tell employees that no promotion because we jut went through lay offs, why LIE?

Pros
the colleagues doing the actual work, on every team in every function. best people you'll ever get to meet and know and work with. unfortunately nearly all of them will soon be gone.
Cons
those at the top. enough said. bad decisions lead to very bad outcomes and sadly it is the people who did not have anything to do with those bad decisions who are losing their jobs.

Pros
Competitive salary. Healthcare 100% covered. Unlimited PTO. A giant gaming screen. An Ugg blanket.
Cons
The work is not evenly distributed. Some people are drowning and others are twiddling their thumbs. There is no opportunity for career growth. They will give you the workload of positions way over your title, but will not adjust your job description (and certainly not pay) to reflect this. Senior management has little to no experience in research and will not listen to the staff with experience. So they are driving the company off a cliff and pointing the fingers at anyone but themselves on the way down. The systems and processes that do exist are not where they need to be to run successful trials. The company had lots of potential and amazing talent, but it has been squandered by senior management's ignorance and ego.
