    Pros

There are some great hard working people

    Cons

Management by fear, lack of support, back stabbing and no work life balance. Culture leaves alot to be desired.

    Advice to Management

Clean house to move to a more modern and supportive company culture.

    Pros

Great pay and benefits for employees

    Cons

Training was terrible. They expect you to learn the entire company system after sitting with an intern for a few hours. You have no direct duties. You have to find work. The employees were very catty and stuck up.

    Advice to Management

Train your employees. Give them work to do. Tell them what you expect from them. Felt very highschool and catty. Unorganized company and lack of direction.

    Pros

    EXCELLENT PAY!! Good benefits.

    Cons

Top mgmt. is very arrogant and treats lower level employees like dirt. Mgmt. seems to enjoy suspending employees for making mistakes - even if they are small ones. This is a culture of management by fear. Mgmt. is driven by money and the price of stock options and does not care at all about "the greatest good for the greatest number."

    Advice to Management

Get real. Evolve in to the 21st century

The perks are nice. Good health benefits. 9/80 schedule is great, but I am not sold on that being a work-life balance. Co-workers are friendly and helpful.

Some of the management does not know how to keep or acquire / reacquire good talent. They take too long to fill posted positions and are interview heavy.
