I have been working at ERA Advertising full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are many pros for this position but the main focus is on personal and professional growth, procuring a better future, and leading your life from the front instead of from looking back.

    Cons

There are none unless things are taken personal.

    Advice to Management

Keep growing and getting better; it's awesome to witness someone's potential becoming reality.

I worked at ERA Advertising as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Finishing up my internship with Era I have learned that sales is not only about making a sale but that it's really just about helping people. By helping people get what they want it makes it easier to hit your sales goal. (if that makes sense). I'm glad that I had the opportunity to work with their team learned a lot through my summer internship and will becoming back from another internship in spring.

    Great Culture

    Cons

Getting over the fear of talking to people was a real struggle for me but I'm glad that I got to overcome that fear with a great teacher and mentor in Katie. Katie has really helped me overcome my fear and I feel like I can speak with anyone now! Thank you for that!

I worked at ERA Advertising full-time

    Pros

I worked at ERA for a little over a year and the entire experience was incredible. I had zero experience in sales or management but by the skills that I developed here changed the course of my career. I’ve never worked in a place that puts personal development and culture in front of the bottom line but it was truly refreshing to be able to put my primary focus on my own development and get paid to do it! I appreciate you ERA!

    Cons

Hours can be long but generally flexible

    Advice to Management

    Keep focusing on ‘The People’!

I worked at ERA Advertising full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I absolutely loved the people. Era was actually a much better addition to my life than my family ever was to me growing up. They took the time to train and develop my mindset to be more positive. Even though sometimes I didn't always deserve it. I went through the management training program and now use the skills Gianna and the team taught me to run my event planning business,(Which is thriving by the way).

    Cons

I've never had a job that I was judged off of the work that I actually do. At first I honestly didn't like this. I was always held accountable and given constructive ciriticism on what I needed to fix and I was a really prideful person when I started so that was something I needed to overcome myself.

    Advice to Management

Thank you! I couldn't have had this success without your guys help. I honestly like who I've become and I will continue to develop myself just like you guys taught me!

I have been working at ERA Advertising full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I like working for the company, as my development as a person has grown exponentially. The things that I have learned and been able to teach to others, is very rewarding. The performance based atmosphere, provides lots of friendly competition. The best part about the company, is that it's a very friendly environment. Everyone helps to train and develop people. Its a very people helping people place. You get what you put into it.

    Cons

If you are looking for your typical, 9-5 job, this is not for you. If you want to skate by and do the bare minimum, this is also not for you. Hard work is required.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what has been working. Always improve and grow.
