    Pros

Flexible hours, will work around your schedule. Pearland town center is fun to work at.

    Cons

Checks kept coming up short, lied about job being full-time, high turnover, management is incompetent.

    Advice to Management

Employees should be treated better. Not treated like cogs in a big machine. Thats why you all can't keep any employees past a few months

I worked at ERMC part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Lots of exercise
    Some training provided
That's really it. I wish I could say more good things, but there aren't many.

    Cons

Racist/Sexist training videos. Stupid hat. Outdated computers to write reports on (Windows 95, Microsoft Works). Low pay. High turnover. Everyone at the mall knows security is a joke and paid worse than store employees.

    Advice to Management

Invest in the staff. Lose the "good old boy" approach. Fix all the listed cons. Give employees more incentives to stay.

I have been working at ERMC full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Pay is decent, company now pays for your license.

    Cons

Managers are the worst, trying to get your paid vacation time off is like pulling teeth, this company is the worst company ever! A year in they go and replace the whole staff with no warning, they will leave you with nothing. Also there is no insurance benefits, you would be better off getting a job at a fast food restraunt. DO NOT WHAT EVER YOU DO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!

    Advice to Management

Stop disrespecting your employees, they help you and make your job eaiser. Stop brushing us off

I worked at ERMC part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

there was nothing I can say good about the company, i didnt have any major problems until a certian manager was brought to my mall, I went through 4 in 2 years, could be a decent job with a better company and management

    Cons

worst management, worst HR department, no raises, no promotions, employees can threaten you and put you in danger and mangement does nothing, place is a major joke, infested with roaches and mice, they hire people with severe disabilities that shouldnt be working there

    Advice to Management

dont hire poor management, dont allow your poor managers to make bad decisions in the workplace including unfair ones and hiring more bad staff, dont hire people with severe mental disablities, drug test, give raises and promotions, improve your hr department or just get rid of it all together because its worthless right up with the directors you hire, take your employees safety and threats against others seriously, just because someone has been with the company for a long time does not mean they are good for the company, dont allow managers to play the favorites role make sure everyone is treated equally, pay attention when someone calls hr with a problem dont ignore it, retaliation is allowed dont allow it

I have been working at ERMC part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Depending on who your managers are, they usually work around your schedule, as long as you don't need weekends off.

Advancement into lower management is easily possible due to high attrition rate.

    Cons

Company is shady, example: Contract we work is hundreds of hours behind because no one applies to the job for the low pay rate, so the company we are contracted for agrees to increase the pay rate. Sounds great right? Well all the new hires received the new pay rate, the old hires got stuck with the old pay rate, and ERMC pocketed the extra money the contract company was paying for our pay increase.

Employee loss rate per year is close to 100% if not more. They just hire more people to fill in the spots.

    Advice to Management

Try and pretend you care about your employees.
