    Pros

Company is so in tune with product and ways to advance it as well marketing

    Pros

Benefits!! especially PTO accrual.... awards given for recognition of excellence (which has to be approved by management, which can become the shady part), monthly staff meetings. Can be a very laid back place to work, no micro managing unless given a reason to.

    Cons

Management team are drama, staff members belittle one another (2 faces)... can't even trust human resource, entirely too much judgmental employees who speaks on others personal lives.

    Advice to Management

Treat everyone fairly. Acknowledge the hard working ones and not just the ones who sit in your office gossiping about others.

I have been working at ERMI full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Able to treat job as if it is your company. Can manage, create and modify your work based on your needs.

    Cons

Management SUCKS, this company is a group of people who treat their enployees as number's. They have favorites and only promote their favorites. They never post position's of higher pay, rather inform the person they want for the job. There a company of "good Ole boys". The few minorities are "white washed". Manager's can't lead, rather direct with no true directional success. Their expectations have zero merit.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees like human beings. Not number's. Have a heart, use your role to empower and promote, not degrade, nor devalue. Use your resources, & help your reps as if their success is yours, if they hurt you hurt. People, product, process should be numbet 1. Not promotion to get a company credit card to use for your personal gains.

I worked at ERMI full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

youre able to create your own schedule

    Cons

The device is big and bulky and will definitely scratch you and you're vehicle up transporting it around. The devices are ok but kind of outdated now. Not many insurance companies cover the device so you have to make a lot of sales in order to be a successful rep because most patients wont be covered to use the device. There are no changes in terms of the devices being modified or altered to work better.

    Advice to Management

Hire managers that can relate to the sales team

    Pros

Management, company vision, company culture, income, growth opportunities, management listens to the sale force. The product line makes it easy to effectively sell against current and new competition

    Cons

Benefits could be better...lack of consistent delivery drivers...it can be difficult to manage large patient load as well as private coverage (managed care)

    Advice to Management

I believe management is the best part of the company.
