    Flexibilty in schedule. Good students.

    Cons

    Teaching undervalued, publication over-valued. Lack of transparency in faculty management.

    Advice to Management

    Realize that the primary job of faculty is to teach.

    Cons

    Unorganized environment. Management is not good, despite it being one of the best business schools in Europe. A lot of professional tension between colleagues.

    Pros

    ESCP Europe has great, multinational atmosphere, highly qualified and experienced research personnel, lots of students organisations and close cooperations with leading companies. Besides its diploma gives board-spectrum opportunities after graduating.

    Cons

    Very expensive. Different evaluation criteria's among the campuses.
