    Pros

For those who work hard, you will be given the respect and flexability to manage your team. The company does provide car allowances and gas card. They also pay for your cell phone and give you a laptop for this position.

    Cons

Work life balance is almost non-exsistent if you want to be a top performer. You will manage 10+ clients and they will contact you whenever they deem it nescessary.
Benefits are weak, health care if expensive and 401k match is only 2%.

    Advice to Management

Work on benefits program. Need to be more competitve to attract top talent.

I have been working at ESS | Source4Teachers full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Very flexible schedule. Training was well done to prepare employees for the classroom.

    Cons

Very poor communication throughout the company. I encountered a situation this year where I was accused of something I said that wasn't true, and the company sided with the accuser (a student) and did no further investigation. I was sent information by e-mail about the complaint and was told I could inquire further by calling . I did exactly that and the person I contacted neither responded nor attempted to respond further . It has left a bad taste in my mouth. This company will claim that sometimes a school will deem someone a bad fit, but its simply not the case. When the majority of schools that you did work for want your personal number for contact, then something doesn't add up on the company's end.

    Advice to Management

Stop making excuses when it comes to real concerns by employees . Communication in any business is key to success. It should be apparent that the favorable ratings will fall if communication fails and employees are not given support in light of situations that need to be addressed. To the employee, it comes across as a cop out and laziness not to address concerns and accuse the employee of wrongdoing without further investigation.
