    Pros

    Family oriented company. Laid back.

    Cons

Some not all, but some of the managers lack integrity and principles

    Advice to Management

Get the truth from all parties involved, before making a decision. Vs Automatically judging based upon of mess that was convincingly provided

I worked at EVO Payments International full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

strong sense of camaraderie between co-workers, excellent benefits

    Cons

EVO is a fun place to work. Punch in, punch out. Repeat for the next 5-50 years. But there is very limited opportunity for growth or advancement. Managers attempt to placate with one-time morale boosters and empty promises, but the company is not really structured for career-minded individuals.

    Advice to Management

EVO is a dollar waitin' on a dime. You have excellent employees and sales representative who wish to grow and learn, but instead choose to exacerbate them by refusing to let them improve themselves (and the company). Invest in your veteran players, and you won't need to spend so much time recruiting and training rookies.

    Pros

Your assigned a team leader that's very helpful but that's about it.

    Cons

Bogus appointments, misleading company nothing but lies

    Advice to Management

Do not mislead ppl and lie about the job and the bogus appointments that you set for them. I was told that the appointments set were of real business owners looking for these services. Out of all seven appointments on my first day one was a warehouse, one was a person's actual home and the others had no idea why I was even at the location. One person even said I told them not to send anyone out. This all was very embarrassing. What a waste of time and money for me!

    Pros

ZERO, They provide zero resources to help you succeed.

    Cons

SCAM!!! Don't be fooled. This company is a joke. 2-4 pre-set meeting my butt. they were sending me to empty warehouses and apartment building in the getto. I went to eight meeting they scheduled for me and ALL eight were illegitimate meetings. Two meeting they actually told me how they specifically told the person on the phone NOT to come out or send anyone.

    Advice to Management

Get Real!!! I will be spreading the word of the type of company you guys are.

I worked at EVO Payments International full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The shark tank was amazing and gave the office a really fun vibe! The HR department was the best I have ever experienced. They were very helpful and there was always someone to speak to if you had any issues.

    Cons

There was not much growth opportunity. Most employees weren't happy to be there. Benefits weren't that great. Salary was low for industry. There was too much micro management.

    Advice to Management

Increase employee salaries, include annual bonus

I have been working at EVO Payments International full-time

    Pros

The culture brings out the best in people. Upper management sets the tone by treating employees with integrity. Business decisions make sense, and are communicated effectively. Some really top notch executives and managers. The Portland location is beautiful.

    Cons

Naturally, I'd like more money. Usual stresses of customer service jobs - being screamed at by customers, passwords randomly stop working, "no help" Help Desk, health insurance is too expensive, and interactions with Human Resource Department are best avoided.

    Advice to Management

Take your problems with IT's communication problem with front line workers seriously. Customer Service employees are not dumb just because they have people skills, not computer service degrees. Too much time is wasted trying to get basic IT assistance.
