I worked at EY full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Communication is key; mostly working in a virtual team environment

    Cons

Unorganized for building new team format

    Advice to Management

It seems that after the new org was communicated, management was still planning on how the structure of new teams will be formed. Ensure that these have already been strategized and have a preliminary plan before notifying teams. People will have questions but seems like management can't answer..

I worked at EY full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

EY is a big company and there are a lot of different things going on. There is a push for the company to break into the digital market

    Cons

The work life balance is horrible. Expect to work all the time--especially if you are in a global role. The bureaucracy is horrible. It takes forever to get a contract through in order to hire a vendor. There are many people at the firm who are institutional and set in their ways and resistant to change and new ideas.
