    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook

I worked at EY full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

EY support structure gives tons of benefits and a high salary

    Cons

High turnover means constantly understaffed - you are expected to work at least 40 hrs per week and you can easily work up to 50-60.

No training to support development of staff: preference for hiring externals than promoting internally

Management feels inhuman and they often put employees in breaking conditions, anticipating they wont' last more than 6 months.

    Advice to Management

    Change MD
