    Working with very bright individuals who are eager to learn and managers that are eager to teach.

    Cons

    Long hours during busy season and sometimes the client isn't appreciative of our work.

    Continue working to draw top talent.

    Amazing benefits, great pay
    People are amazing and a large reason I chose to work at this firm, but have found out that these amazing people are in certain groups - love my Strategy group, but had a hard time connecting with another group

    Cons

    Very bureaucratic, lot of red tape
    No transparency in higher level decision making

    Advice to Management

    Better communication, more company-wide involvement

    Very professional and progressive firm with wide client base and deep roots. Wealth of internal resources and knowledge to support deliver and growth.

    Cons

    This is a huge firm so you need to make your own efforts outside of delivery to build a solid network.

    Exciting work and ability to work on multiple clients at once. Each client brings on their own culture that are typically highly sophisticated and knowledgeable in their industry.

    Long hours due to the team and client demands make it tough during the busy season, which is really most of the year.

    Workload is decent.
    There are plenty of opportunities for people with initiatives (wanting to work with a certain type of clients, organize intra-company events)
    Plenty of opportunities to work on international assignments

    Has disadvantages of a big structures - loads bureaucracy and over standardized processes.
