I have been working at EY full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Great flexible working arrangements - work from home, flexible hours. Great learning environment and great people.

    Cons

The pay does not come close to reflecting the responsibility or work load. The hours can be excessive making work/life balance hard to achieve.

    Advice to Management

Change the pay scales to avoid losing home grown staff.
