I have been working at EY full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Broad variety of tasks in all areas
Working closely with Partners and clients
    Tranings paid

    Cons

    Medium salary
    Overtime not paid in total

Current Employee - Transaction Support in Berlin (Germany)
Current Employee - Transaction Support in Berlin (Germany)

    Pros

    - steep learning curve
    - cool and smart people
    - flextime possible for overtime
    - support in terms of time and money for obtaining qualifications

    Cons

    - too little support: you're expected to be conducting work which require at least 2-3 years experience, which you don't currently have, without team members, i.e. conducting projects completely alone. Little understanding for this from management. Puts you under a great deal of pressure, long working hours, incl. weekends until way past 12...
    - very low pay compared to other transaction advisory businesses in the market, especially considering the working hours
    - super high fluctuation because of the low pay, the lack of leaders (as everybody quits), which leads to newbies having to work exremely much under the worst conditions,

    Advice to Management

increase the salaries so that the fluctuation decreases and gathered knowledge stays within the company. -> new people will have experienced leaders that way.
