    Pros

EY is a perfect school to get relevant experience in a vast range of fields. When working on your projects you develop direct skills (as per your department) as well as other additional skills (such as risk mgmt, finance, processes, e.g. if you're an IT team member).
The thing I like the most is internal culture and people - mostly they're awesome professionals and just good colleagues.

    Cons

Pretty high workload during the whole year, but it's a good price you pay to get huge variety of experience to become more "expensive" on the market.
Bonuses: got once within 4 years of work.

    Advice to Management

I suppose Mgmt is vary from place to place. Therefore it mostly depends on people in Mgmt team. Mostly MGMT is pretty good, and I'd like to advise to be as much open to younger colleagues as they can. It's very appreciated and makes younger colleagues to be more dedicated to what they do.
