I have been working at EY full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexibility in work schedule, pay is averagely ok compared to leading companies out there (but nothing too exciting also), people are really, really professional

    Cons

High workloads, if you want to grow, forget all but EY. Otherwise, you will not grow. Growth requires overqualification, which basically wastes years of real life. At Senior Manager or even Manager level you career may really get stuck, plan further steps with this in mind, don't think you are an exception :) culture is something everyone speaks of, but really a non existing thing most of the time.

    Advice to Management

Employing close to 250k people worldwide, it is hard to advise to be closer to each person, but that is exactly the recommendation. The goals you set out to lead employees are more like for robots guys, make it more human.

I have been working at EY full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

EY provide a great chance to start a career in financial consulting, gain valuable international experience and find new friends

    Cons

In today’s world, it’s not just about doing good — it’s about creating good too. As a transactions professional at EY, I have the opportunity to advise clients to think about both the economic and social value of their deals.

    Advice to Management

That's how it feels to be part of a high-performing team that’s 100% on your side. Everyone working together to achieve team goals. It also means you'll be surrounded by people who are prepared to think differently and will listen to everyone's ideas.
