EY-Parthenon

Since this is a hot topic in the general EY bowl, thought I'd ask the public: When the EY split goes through, should NewCo dissolve the Parthenon branding? Did the Parthenon brand ever carry weight in the first place?

    Pros

Very intelligent people to work with, intellectually stimulating projects, large clients, exposure to private equity, exposure to industry trends otherwise invisible/non-discoverable through internet/media, apprenticeship-focused model with lots of mentorship and opportunities to manage upwards/downwards, countless opportunities to develop hard and soft skill sets, extremely amicable and family-like culture, and so much more.

    Cons

Long hours, lack of visibility into personal schedules, quickly changing environment, tight deadlines.
