I have been working at EY full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Friendly environment, compared to other consulting firms and Big 4 companies I think that there is a better work-life balance.

    Cons

Compensation is not as attractive as other Big 4 companies excluding KPMG.

    Advice to Management

To keep the best talent, compensation needs to be reconsidered.

I worked at EY (More than a year)

    Pros

Given plenty of responsibility. Offices have no door policy so easy access to higher members of staff.

    Cons

No team bonding and didn't really get to know anybody. Work very long hours during busy season. Open desks so need to be in really early to get a place.

    Advice to Management

Get more involved in events where interns can get to know everybody.
